The Role
- Own delivery of Picor engagements from start to finish
- Lead delivery of senior leadership workshops
- Lead delivery of PEMS™ from initiation to completion
- Act as the operational anchor across multiple concurrent projects
- Work closely with Picor leadership to protect quality, pace and intellectual integrity
- Support additional sales through strong client delivery and relationships
What this role is (and isn't)
- A senior delivery role with real ownership and autonomy
- Not a PMO, transformation or billable hours consultancy role
- No large teams or heavy documentation
- High trust, high judgement, high standards
Ideal background
- Experience in consultancy, hospitality, retail or other environments where experience matters
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders including CEOs, MDs, People and Ops leaders
- Structured, focused on detail and commercially aware
- Interested in work that sits between experience, culture and leadership
Working at Picor
- Remote, with the team coming together once or twice a month
- £68,000 base salary, plus bonus and commission linked to additional sales
